Job Description: We are seeking a motivated and skilled IT Solutions Consultant to join our team on a commission-based basis. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying potential clients, understanding their technology needs, and offering tailored solutions from our extensive range of services. This role requires a deep understanding of IT services, excellent communication skills, and a passion for helping businesses succeed.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and reach out to potential clients to generate leads and opportunities.
  • Understand client needs and present appropriate IT solutions from our service offerings.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business.
  • Collaborate with our technical teams to design and propose customized solutions.
  • Keep up-to-date with industry trends and advancements to effectively advise clients.
  • Achieve sales targets and contribute to the overall growth of the company.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in IT consulting, sales, or a related field.
  • Strong knowledge of IT services, including software development, cloud services, cybersecurity, and more.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to understand client needs and propose effective solutions.
  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently.
  • Familiarity with CRM software and sales tools is a plus.
